Jealousy:
an emotion and typically refers to the negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity, fear, and anxiety over an anticipated loss of something that the person values, such as a relationship, friendship, or love. Jealousy often consists of a combination of emotions such as anger, sadness, and disgust.

"It is in the character of very few men to honor without envy a friend who has prospered."
-Aeschylus

"Do not overrate what you have received, nor envy others. He who envies others does not obtain peace of mind."
-Buddha

"O, beware, my lord, of jealousy!
It is the green-eyed monster which doth mock
The meat it feeds on."
-William Shakespeare

So question....
If jealousy is so common [Aeschylus] why is it that we feel like such horrible people when we find ourselves being jealous.
Oh wait, that's right......thanks Buddha and I can't forget the great, William Shakespeare for clearing that one up for me.

It is a problem- this jealousy thing.
And understand, I'm not just talking about relationships [whether they be romantic or friendships]  but also, siblings, talent, ect.
I catch myself doing this all of the time, caught in the whirlwind of absolute ecstasy, reality, depression, jealousy, closure, self-confidence, ecstasy.....on and on.

How do you end it for good? Does it ever just...go away?? Humm.....
